Run by the industry, for the industry.
Wedding professionals founded the IWPA in 2025. It represents Ireland’s wedding experts, puts them in the same room, and raises what the industry expects of itself.

A community built by its craft.
Florists, photographers, planners, venues, musicians and every other hand that shapes the day. Vendors run the association, and none of them draw a wage for it.
The IWPA champions community over competition.
A florist in Waterford and a photographer in Dublin learn in the same room, take each other’s referrals seriously, and answer to the same standard. Workshops, panels, editorial work and plain conversation are how that happens.

The first place anyone asks about Irish weddings.
Clients, corporates, government, the media and our peers abroad come to the IWPA first when they need to understand the Irish wedding industry.
We raise the professional and ethical standards of the industry in Ireland, and we help every member grow the practice they already have.
